Overview

Christina G. Cordoza focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. Her background includes managing an employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) program for scores of professional employer organization (PEO) customers, developing a contingent worker program, and starting a new HR function. Christina's previous experience includes in-house employment law roles at a number of different companies, involving a broad range of industries such as biotech, healthcare, retail, tech, and food manufacturing. She was the first ever employment lawyer in several of these roles, where she built the function from the ground up. After law school, she started her career working for several law firms.
