  • Data privacy
  • Multi-country surveys on employment laws and practices
  • The employment cycle (hiring, maintaining, promoting, disciplining, and terminating a global workforce)

Morgan regularly advises companies operating within the U.S. on the requirements and strategies necessary to comply with U.S. employment and labor law. A significant amount of her work includes defending business management in employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and misclassifications.
